About Me

Gaylin Tudhope has worked as a counsellor and therapist since 1991 in the UK. She trained in Psychology in South Africa and gained her MSc in Life Course Development in the UK. She has taught at both Brunel University and the University of Brighton as well as running a private practice.

She has a Diploma in Autogenic Therapy and runs workshops for individuals as well as consulting for large organisations. She continues to develop her skills and has recently introduced a unique Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation program to the UK as well as a programme designed to help Adolescent girls through their developmental stages and into adulthood.
