Dr Lucy is a GP (family physician) in Vancouver. She teaches Autogenic Training and Creativity Mobilisation Technique in groups and one-to-one.
She gained her physician licence from UCL, London, UK in 2000, and her Canadian licence in 2018. Whilst at UCL, Dr Lucy studied neuroscience and published research papers on the mechanisms of pain. Her clinical practice focuses on a non-drug approach to treating the real causes of pain, not just masking the symptoms with medication.
Dr Lucy is a founding member of the International Society of Autogenic Training and Autogenic Psychotherapy (ISATAP), based in Madrid, Spain.
She has taught AT since 2005, sharing the huge benefits AT has to offer.
