About Me
As an Autogenic therapist I offer a safe and supportive setting within which my clients can begin a process that acknowledges the impacts of stress on health and encompasses mind and body. Autogenic Training is suitable for any age, and I run courses for individuals as well as groups. Clients leave with tools and techniques to continue to practice independently and experience the benefits of Autogenic Training long term.
Alongside my training with the BAS, I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, Postgraduate accreditation as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist as well as a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Business. I am an Autogenic therapist and psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in private practice, and within a cancer service that supports patients and families in the community.
As a member of the British Autogenic Society (BAS) I am bound by their code of ethics, professional standards and confidentiality.
I am also a member of the British Psychological Society, British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
