About Me
My practice is based in central Exeter. I work with adults over the age of 18 years. I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy; Eye Movement, Desensitization and Repossessing (EMDR) for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); and, Autogenic Training.
I am a supervisor for professionals working in therapeutic fields of care and academic mentor. Specialising in Autogenic Training and EMDR.
